47th Annual Convocation Notification (In Marathi)

NOTIFICATION

  • 47th Convocation will be held in the month of December, January or  February tentatively.

  • Degree Certificates of the Students who have passed the examination held in October-2009 and in April-2010 will be issued in this Convocation. These Students need not fill up the Convocation form as their Convocation fees have been already collected along with the examination forms. However these students have to give their option to accept the Degree. The option Inperson or Inabsentia be given on line, on internet link (http://online.shivajiuniversity.in/examform/Convocation.htm).

  • Certificate of the students, who have given Inperson option will be issued at the time of Convocation.

  • Certificate of the students, who have given Inabsentia option & students who have not given the option will be sent by post after one month form the date of Convocation.

  • The students who have not given their complete address are requested to give their address on line, on internet link (http://online.shivajiuniversity.in).

  • The students in the following categories have to apply in prescribed form within due dates.

  • The students who have passed the examination held in    October-2007 and prior to that.

  • The students who have been declared pass and awarded the Degrees such as Ph.D/M.Phill/M.E./M.Tech..

  • The students who have been declared pass the Degrees MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS/B.Sc. Nursing. These students will have to produce the copy of Internship Certificate along with the application form.

  • The Students of Autonomous Institutes.

  • Last dates and prescribed fees for above Point No. 6 (a, b, c and d).

  • Prescribed Convocation application form is available on internet Link (http://www.shivajiuniversity.com/convo/ : for students who passed on/before April 2009)

  • Take the print of application form and send it to the University along with the copy of final year mark list, two recent Identity size photos and D.D. of prescribed fee, as per the dates mentioned above.

  • The Applications received after the due dates will not be eligible for the convocation, and no correspondence will be made in that behalf.
